I know that I have guardian angels or spiritual guides helping me. But how do I contact them directly and get immediate answers for myself without going through someone else?
Everyone has a team of spiritual helpers who came in with you to help you accomplish your purpose for being here.
Some people call them “angels” and some people refer to them as “spiritual guides.” They are one and the same.
There are not 10 million different systems in the universe—only one. But there are millions of different “names” for this same system.
In reality, you chose your helpers before you came into your physical body to guide you so that they could help open doors and give you opportunity to grow and accomplish your purpose.
They are no greater or lesser than you. They have already gone through lifetimes of experience on planet Earth and have in essence “graduated.” They have learned everything there is to learn and are now helping you to get where they are spiritually.
Many people still believe in the religious concept that angels have never been on planet Earth and are a part of a great hierarchy surrounding the planet. Actually, this is a parable that has been carried over before people knew how to read and write.
The word “angel” means “messenger.” They are pure spirit or 100% positive energy. That’s why they give you “goose-bumps” or “chills” on your physical body when they come around you and are giving you inspiration.
You can learn to communicate with them directly and get immediate answers without having to go through someone else or relying on other means, such as angel cards or crystal balls.
They have been with you your entire life. You can learn how to contact them and get answers for yourself by enrolling in the Inner Guidance Consultation Program.
I know I am very sensitive. But is it true that only “special” people have the spiritual gifts of prophecy, clairvoyance, clairaudience and healing?
Everyone has the spiritual gifts of prophecy (inner knowing), clairvoyance (inner vision), clairaudience (inner thoughts and ideas) and healing (inner feeling).
You can learn to unfold each of these avenues of communication 100% so that you can move in and out of each one.
This is your inner sensitivity and the way your spiritual helpers (angels or guides) communicate with you most of the time.
Have you ever had a hunch or an impression that came true? This is your spiritual gift of prophecy.
Do you visualize pictures in your mind easily or dream in color or symbols? This is your spiritual gift of clairvoyance.
Do you have a “running conversation” in your mind all the time and need the facts to move forward? This is your spiritual gift of clairaudience.
Do you ever have feelings about what you need to do or about people you come in contact with that prove to be right? This is your spiritual gift of healing.
We choose the order of our spiritual gifts before coming into the physical body so that we can communicate effectively with ourselves and others.
Each one is a personality type and it is how we learn.
For example, a prophetic type has to have fun and be interested in the topic before he or she can grasp the overall concept.
A clairvoyant type needs to formulate a “picture” in his or her mind of how the system works before they can put it into action for themselves.
A clairaudient type just needs the facts (what, when, where and why) so they can make a plan and implement it with great success and has the ability to direct energy in a positive way.
A healing type must experience what the instructor is telling them before they understand the reason why it is important in their life.
Once you realize that you can use each spiritual gift effectively in every aspect of your own life, you will be able to communicate effectively with everyone around you.

I have been told that I can heal myself. But how can I change the concepts that create pressure and stress on my physical body?
There are seven spiritual energy centers in your physical body that control how we feel and think about ourselves.
Because we are “energy,” this energy will flow through our body. If you have an “inherited” concept from one or more of your parents (or whoever raised you), then you will feel unbalanced or create “dis-ease” in your physical body.
The first concept is self-acceptance. If you doubt yourself, you will feel tightness in your shoulders and may experience headaches in the back of your head. You can overcome this by trusting the impressions you get and not doubting the inspiration that comes to you.
The second concept is wants and goals. This will affect the lower back area. Everyone deserves to accomplish what they truly want in life. You do not have to compete with anyone else. All you need to do is set your goal and put energy behind it.
The third concept is taking care of your own needs first and originates in the reproductive area. Many of us try to take care of everyone else and we leave ourselves out. It is important to be loyal to yourself first and take care of your basic needs of food, health, love, shelter and sex. Otherwise, you will feel frustrated if you can’t express yourself creatively.
The fourth concept is discernment and detachment and affects the solar plexus. We get so involved in other people’s problems (as well as our own), that we end up feeling sorry for them or ourselves. This is the worst thing you can do. Everyone is capable of taking care of themselves. If they need help, just make sure that it is not something that they can truly do for themselves before taking the responsibility away from them.
The fifth concept is drive and incentive. You have to move at your own pace. You can’t put pressure on yourself to move at everyone else’s pace. If you move too slowly, it puts stress on the heart. If you move too fast, it still puts stress on the heart!
The sixth concept is having a soul-to-soul relationship with everyone you meet. How many times do we feel greater or lesser than others? Most of the time, it’s lesser! You don’t have to compare yourself with others. This negative concept will affect the thyroid gland. Just realize that everyone is doing the best they know how—including you.
The seventh and final concept is giving of yourself without expecting. This is the outflow or pituitary gland in the front of the head. Most of us expect, assume or demand from ourselves or others. All you need to do is give of yourself without expecting anything in return.
Don’t try to change others for your personal convenience. If they want to be ignorant, let them be. If they want to be smart, that’s okay, too. The moment you want to re-make others in your own image, you are not respecting their free will and you will experience frustration or even anger.

Sometimes I dream and sometimes I don’t. Why is this and is it possible to interpret my own dreams—and what do the symbols mean?
Because we are a “soul with a physical body” and not a “physical body with a soul,” we regroup what we are learning during the day with our spiritual guidance every night when we go to sleep.
Our “silver cord” (the energy band that connects the real us to our physical body) stretches and we go out with our spiritual helpers back home to the universe.
If you are a prophetic type of person, you will go way out and scan for information. You will have very creative dreams and come back with an inner knowing that you were totally involved in the experience.
If you are a clairvoyant, you will most likely dream in color. Your dreams will be more symbolic in nature rather than “real.” Your symbols are your own. You are the only one who can truly interpret your own dreams.
There are a few universal symbols, such as water (spirit or energy) or a ship or house (your state-of-consciousness).
Once you learn how to communicate directly with your own spiritual guidance, you can write down your dreams and interpret them yourself. If you read a book of dream symbols, they are usually the interpretations of the person who wrote the book—and not yours!
If you are a clairaudient, your dreams will be very real—as if you are really there. If you are flying, guess what? You are.
Because we are a spiritual being living in a physical experience, once you leave your physical body, you are free to travel at the speed of light.
Everything on planet Earth is an opportunity to learn more about ourselves. If you are a healer (feeler) type, then you will dream a lot about relationships and the people who mean something to you in your life. This is important so that you have better communication with those around you.
By the way, if you have trouble remembering your dreams, it simply means that you have already regrouped the concepts that your angels or guides are helping you with during the day.
Once you understand what your prominent or first spiritual gift is, then you will be able to interpret more of what you are learning about yourself in your dreams—and in real life!.
I believe in life after death. But where do I really go (and is it healthy to communicate with my loved ones after they have passed on)?
What happens to you after you pass on is all about the “law of attraction.”
If you are a happy person here, you will be happy out in the universe when you graduate. If you are belligerent or depressed, you won’t change your state-of-consciousness just because you have lost your physical body.
Those who are “confused” (angry, belligerent, depressed, frustrated or resentful) when they leave their physical body will go just beyond the perimeters of planet Earth (1-5 miles).
The reason they still hang around what is familiar to them is because they have not learned to release what they were involved with when they were here and are still trying to “hold on” to what they had, including their physical body.
Sometimes they don’t even realize they have passed on.
If a person has a difficult time making decisions or feels lost or complacent when they leave their physical body, they will attract the same type of soul around them as they are themselves.
These are people who are either highly intellectual and have suppressed their feelings or have become fence-sitters or opportunists—always taking advantage of what others have built so they don’t have to use their own energy.
They lack the commitment to themselves to grow spiritually and usually gravitate to about 5-15 miles around the planet. They are half-way there, but haven’t fully graduated.
Once a soul or person realizes that there are no limitations and are directing their energy in a positive way, they can help others to achieve what they have spiritually.
Some people call these “free souls” or “master souls.” They reside at least 15 miles out and beyond planet Earth where the energy is clear and sublime.
These souls have so much energy that when they come around you, you will feel this positive vibration as “chills or goose-bumps.” They are one-with-all-things.
These are your guardian angels or spiritual guides.
Some people think that spiritual guides are relatives who have passed on or friends you have known during your lifetime. Actually, you knew these spiritual helpers in a previous lifetime and they have been with you ever since you were born.
Therefore, any soul you have known during this lifetime really needs to go with his or her spiritual helpers once they pass on. Otherwise, if they come around you, they can interfere with your communication with your own guidance.
Spiritually, everyone is free. They just need to realize it.
I have so much stress in my life. How can I have a true balance in my personal, business and social life?
Everyone needs to have a balance between their true feelings and their intellect.
What happens is that we concentrate more on one or the other. If you are highly intellectual, for example, you may be the type of person that looks for an escape from experiencing your feelings.
You may have a tendency to become a workaholic, a “golf-a-holic” or indulge in alcohol or drugs. You have forgotten how to enjoy life and look for everything outside of you to make you happy, including material things.
On the other hand, if you are so much into your feelings that you have lost your discernment of what is right for you and what is not, you can be running around in circles and have a lack of direction.
This results in being dis-loyal to yourself. All you need to do is concentrate more on what makes you happy instead of trying to make everyone else happy.
In addition, there is a huge difference between “feelings” and “emotions.” Actually, your true feelings are the great and wonderful part of you—the “you” that is excited about life and is totally involved in doing what is right for you.
Your emotions are feelings you have been “taught,” such as anger, guilt, frustration and jealousy. These are NOT your true feelings. You inherited them from your parents or whoever raised you.
Once you clarify what is you and what does not belong to you, then you will respond to life rather than react to it.
The world is so negative. How can I stay more detached from all the pressure that I experience in my environment and from watching television?
Everything on planet Earth is an opportunity to learn about ourselves and to accomplish our purpose for being here.
There are people who have been here many times and others who are coming in for the very first time.
It is important to not judge the souls who are beginning their journey through the earth plane just as you would not judge a young person who is just starting out in school and learning to write for the first time.
We come here to learn how to respect ourselves and respect others. The Golden Rule has become a cliché in our society, but it is the key to graduating from this planet and helping others to do the same—which is what your spiritual helpers are doing with you.
Science comes from the intellectual part of us and helps us understand our physical environment and the vast universe we live in.
Religion comes from our feeling nature and is an expression of who we are spiritually through the culture we were raised in or have gravitated to later in life.
Every great religion and spiritual leader throughout history has shared a personal experience that helps us to learn and grow while respecting others in their own path. It is only when we try to force others to believe the way we do that the dogma or theology becomes more important than who we are as a soul.
Through modern technology, we can see what people are learning on planet Earth on a moment-by-moment basis. Just realize that the negativity that you see is the process of growth that is taking place in this great school of ours.
All you can truly do is be a good example for others to follow.
I know that I could have more fun and enjoy life more. What is my real true purpose for being here?
In our first seven years, we pick up concepts that don’t belong to us. They actually belong to your parents and their parents all the way down the line of your heritage.
Until you decide to change it, you will think that these ideas and standards are your own when, in reality, they have been inherited from hundreds of years of programming and tradition.
How can you change these habits—and in the process change yourself?
The first concept you need to clarify is that you did not come to planet Earth to suffer. This is a religious concept that has been handed down from generation to generation.
Even Eastern philosophies ask you to “get rid of the ego” in order to reach nirvana or mastery.
Actually, there is nothing wrong with the ego as long as it helps you accomplish your life purpose and doesn’t interfere with the real you. The key is to understand what standards are yours and which ones are your parents or society in general.
When you expect, assume and demand of yourself and others you are already living outside of yourself. By respecting who you truly are and the opportunity of others to grow spiritually at their own pace, you are moving in the right direction.
Every seven years, we change physically, spiritually and psychologically. By the time we are five to six years old, over 90% of the concepts we have about ourselves are already ingrained into our personality.
By being loyal to yourself first and realizing that the only person who can make you happy is yourself, you will not fall into the trap of expecting others to take care of your needs or wants.
Your true purpose is to put 100% of yourself into enjoying life and helping others do the same.
We all have a unique spiritual message or philosophy of life that others are learning from and by sharing it with them, we are fulfilling what we came here to do.
