If we discern what these feelings are, then we can understand what people are telling us. It is important to know that you can "read between the lines" of what another person is saying to you. It is important that everyone learns to be tolerant of others while they are growing and allow them to create a belief system based on their own experience. Healing Focus: The purpose of this technique is to provide an opportunity for spiritual and physical healing of the chakras (glandular centers). Everyone will experience the power of healing energy as it is directed toward them and through another person as a "conduit." Hidden Therapy: The purpose of this exercise is to give solutions to problems that may be happening in your life or with someone around you. The key is to understand whether the situation is caused by being unbalanced in the intellectual side of life or emotional or feeling side of life. Because you will be talking about someone else, your personal life remains "buffered" from others.

By clarifying the difference between your own personal belief system and where it came from, you are free to decide your own personal direction for yourself. Art to Heart: The purpose of this technique is to help you understand the relationship you have had with your parents (or whoever raised you) while you were growing up. Body Cleansing: The purpose of this technique is to learn how to cleanse another person's aura. This will give the person an energy boost, especially if they are in need of extra backing spiritually.

Spin Off: The purpose of this exercise is to release concepts that don't belong to us. In our first seven years of life, we pick up concepts from our parents that don't fit with we really are inside. Looking Back: The purpose of this technique is to provide an opportunity to re-live experiences from childhood, usually in the first seven-year cycle. Each person will experience a healing since most negative experiences come from a concept as a result of growing up around a parent or adult. Universal Circle: This technique can be experienced as an optional replacement for the Looking Back technique in case a person wants to have a deeper healing in the privacy of their own home.
