Two Worlds: The purpose of this exercise is to realize that there is no such thing as death. This helps a person to release the "fear of death" or separation while understanding more that the language of spirit is "true feelings." If we discern what these feelings are, then we can understand what people are telling us. It is important to know that you can "read between the lines" of what another person is saying to you. Positive Passion: The purpose of this exercise is to show you how to build your positive energy in a moment's notice. After you learn how to do this for yourself on a daily basis, you will never have the "ups and downs" that keep you from being your true self. Paradigm Shift: The purpose of this technique is to help you change your thinking from negative to positive and to train yourself to monitor your thoughts so that you are totally "solution-oriented." Universal Circle: You will have an opportunity to take this technique to an even deeper level so that you can go back to your inner core whenever you want to feel peace and harmony inside. Your angels will share even more insight into how you can set your energy to be successful today, next week and into the future. Word Balance: The purpose of this exercise is to help you realize that everyone has different experiences based on the same concept. Most religions and philosophies around the world have similar messages of self-attainment and being a "good person," but have very different rules and regulations for how to achieve spiritual success in life. It is important that everyone learns to be tolerant of others while they are growing and allow them to create a belief system based on their own experience. Healing Focus: The purpose of this technique is to provide an opportunity for spiritual and physical healing of the chakras (glandular centers). Everyone will experience the power of healing energy as it is directed toward them and through another person as a "conduit." Hidden Therapy: The purpose of this exercise is to give solutions to problems that may be happening in your life or with someone around you. The key is to understand whether the situation is caused by being unbalanced in the intellectual side of life or emotional or feeling side of life. Because you will be talking about someone else, your personal life remains "buffered" from others. Change Interchange: The purpose of this exercise is to help a person learn how to make their own decisions in life. Because of society's pressures, we are sometimes caught in the middle and follow along with what others think is in our best interest. By clarifying the difference between your own personal belief system and where it came from, you are free to decide your own personal direction for yourself. Art to Heart: The purpose of this technique is to help you understand the relationship you have had with your parents (or whoever raised you) while you were growing up. Body Cleansing: The purpose of this technique is to learn how to cleanse another person's aura. This will give the person an energy boost, especially if they are in need of extra backing spiritually. Spin Off: The purpose of this exercise is to release concepts that don't belong to us. In our first seven years of life, we pick up concepts from our parents that don't fit with we really are inside. Looking Back: The purpose of this technique is to provide an opportunity to re-live experiences from childhood, usually in the first seven-year cycle. Each person will experience a healing since most negative experiences come from a concept as a result of growing up around a parent or adult.
