Once we show you how to have a two-way communication with your spiritual guidance or helpers, you will be able to ask them any question you have ever wanted to ask.
In the meantime, here are some clues to what you can find out...
What is the difference between angels and spiritual guides? Even though many people have been taught that there is a difference between angels or guardian angels and spirit guides, the opposite is true. The confusion comes in when you have been told that someone you have known who has since passed on is one of your angels or spirit guides.
In reality, if you come from a more religious background, you will call your spiritual team of helpers "angels." If you have studied metaphysics or Eastern philosophy, you may call them spirit guides, master souls or avatars, etc.
They are one and the same, no matter what you call them. Your spiritual helpers are actually master souls that you chose to help you before you came in to your physical body. You also chose two other souls to be your "parents."
There is no greater or lesser in the universe. Everyone who is involved in the spiritual growth or evolvement on planet earth has incarnated here at one time or another. Otherwise, your "angels" would not be able to help you. They have already mastered every concept or experience you are working through in your life so they can "guide" you and help you "graduate," just like them.
In addition, they have spiritual helpers that help them to help you. These are souls who have evolved past helping us directly and are now backing your spiritual guidance to guide you as well. Some people call these higher souls "Archangels" and have given them symbolic names, such as "Michael" or "Gabriel."
These higher master souls can also work in teams and help with healing large groups of people on planet earth -- and are always present in man-made or natural disasters, such as earthquakes, tsunamis, etc. to assist in helping souls make their transition from their physical body to the spiritual energy around planet earth.

Do I need to "channel" my angels to get answers for myself? You do not need to channel your angels or spiritual helpers to get answers. Inner Expansion has shown thousands of people, just like you, how to connect immediately within 5 seconds, and get answers for yourself. You do not have to go to - or through - anyone else. Anytime someone tells you that you have to go through them to get answers, it means their motives may not be clear, especially if they ask you for large sums of money to help you "connect with your angels" or "clear your chakras," etc. They may also want you to be devoted to them and keep coming back to get additional treatments - over and over again.
Some of these people may be well-meaning, but ignorant of how spiritual energy really works. It is easy to tap into the inspiration that your personal spiritual helpers give you everyday. As a matter of fact, you will get between 80 to 90 hunches, visions, ideas or feelings a day.
Even though Inner Expansion is an educational service, we will never tell you that you have to come to us to get your answers. We are people, just like you, who have gone through the steps that it takes to learn about ourselves and to perfect our communication with our own guidance. We have the concern to make sure that you are "free" to search on your own and exercise your own free will. All we can do is provide "experience" - not answers. Our goal is to show you how to get your own answers.

Is there such a thing as a "bad" angel? There is no such thing as a "bad" angel or a "demon", contrary to popular belief. There are, however, souls who have passed on in a state of confusion and if you find yourself getting depressed or angry, you may attract these thoughts and feelings from the universe.
Most people do not have a problem with this unless they allow themselves to "dwell" consistently on negativity. In special cases, some people end up in a mental institution because they do not know how to control their own energy and need additional help. This does not mean that they can't learn to be in charge of their own thoughts and feelings. Once they do, then they will lead normal lives, just like the rest of us.

What happens when you die? It is impossible to die. You can lose your physical body, but you can't "die." Because you are a "soul with a physical body" and not a "physical body with a soul," your physical body will go back to the earth and the "real you," which is pure spiritual energy, will gravitate or "float" back out to the universe or cosmos.
If you pass on in a state of confusion, you will still be yearning for your life here on planet earth. There are many souls in this situation who may not even realize that they have passed on and try to "re-live" their past and gravitate to an area between 1-5 miles outside of planet earth. These souls will remain confused until their spiritual helpers can get through to them and help them make their natural transition. Some people call this state-of-consciousness "hell." Hollywood symbolizes this reality with television shows, such as "Ghost Whisperer," and others.
If a soul is complacent or has trouble making decisions because they have been programmed with a lot of fear and indecisiveness, they will gravitate to an area around 5-15 miles beyond the planet. Some people call this state-of-consciousness "limbo." Once they tap into their spiritual guidance, they can also move on to a more clear energy and return to planet earth to learn more lessons if they want. It is actually more difficult to get out of this frame of mind than the souls who are more confused because they have no incentive to change until they have a reason to do it. They are caught up in the "intellectual" side of life, analyzing and dissecting everything to the point where they are immovable and only want to "think" about what they need to do - rather than moving into "action."
If you pass on with a state-of-consciousness that is more open, however, then you will naturally gravitate to an area around 15 miles and beyond planet earth, where the energy is very clear, positive and directed. This is where your spiritual helpers are from. This is the state-of-consciousness that is referred to as "heaven." In reality, it is the "heavens."
Once you have "graduated" from planet earth and learned every lesson you can learn here in a physical body, then you may become a "spiritual helper" for someone else who needs guidance and inspiration.
I sometimes "see" my angels in my house. Is that real? Many people who are highly-developed in the spiritual gift of clairvoyance can "see" their angels around them or with other people. There is a special technique we show you in the Community Involvement Circle program called "Aura Borealis" where you can stand someone up against a light or white wall and gaze into their aura - and actually see their angels moving in and out if you are relaxed and open.
Sometimes your angels just want you to know that they are there and available to comfort and back you whenever you need them.
Do angels have wings? Actually, this is an artist's conception rather than true reality. Back in Biblical times before the printing press was invented, many people were illiterate and couldn't read. Only the religious clergy or the wealthy could afford the education that we take for granted today. As a result, many of the stories that appear in the Bible, the Koran and other religious texts are based on personal experiences and parables that have been handed down from generation to generation.
These storytellers had to come up with a visual way of describing the fact that these "spiritual beings" who give us inspiration were able to "fly" through the air, so they symbolized them as being "like a bird", etc. Hence, they put the wings of a dove on the physical body of a man, woman or child ("the cherub") and put them in paintings and statues, etc. so that everyone could relate to them in a positive way.
Actually, your own personal team of angels or spiritual helpers will appear to you as balls of white light, which you can learn to see (as mentioned above). If they want to appear human-like, they can always do that as well and can appear with wings so that a person is not afraid when they see them come around.
I feel "chills or goose-bumps" sometimes when I am in danger or when I meditate. Can you explain why? This is a very common experience with many people. You can be talking with someone you know and suddenly feel chills on your arms, legs, head, etc. These are your spiritual helpers trying to communicate with you.
The reason you feel these chills is because your spiritual helpers are 100% positive energy and will give you an extra boost of energy to your nervous system which causes the "chills" or "chicken-skin," where the hair on your arms or other parts of your physical body raises up.
Sometimes, they will give you a nudge as a warning, but many times it is simply to pay attention to what you are hearing or you are sharing your own wisdom with others who may need to hear what you have to say.
Can I really communicate with my angels or spirit guides? Yes. As a matter of fact, you are communicating with them every second of the day without even realizing it. They are constantly giving you insights and inspiration to help you solve problems or move in the right direction.

Is Inner Expansion a religious program or associated with any particular philosophy? No. There is no underlying religious or philosophical dogma or theology associated with the Inner Expansion program. It is all based on personal experience.
Whatever religious or philosophical background you have is great. All you can do is enhance what you already believe by helping you put all of these ideas and beliefs into practice or reality in your daily life.
Once you learn the two-way communication technique with your spiritual helpers, no one will be able to tell you that there is no such thing as life after death. Then, you can make up your own mind what is true and what is not - for you.
How old does a person need to be to participate in the Inner Expansion Program? As we mentioned above, a person who is beyond their first seven years can participate in the Inner Expansion program, but only with their parent's permission. Children are sometimes even more sensitive than adults and can get answers very easily and quickly when shown how to do it.
