Agreement
Orders and
Registrations
 We will track clicks made to our site using the tracking links from your
site to ours and will make available to you online reports summarizing
this activity. The form, content, and frequency of the reports may vary
from time to time at our discretion.
Any returns, charge backs or orders
that ultimately are not fulfilled will result in a deduction of
commission for that order from the affiliate's account that received the
original commission.
In the case of a chargeback to a sub-affiliate
account, the master affiliate will also have 5% commission charged back
against their account for that particular order.
Of course, you will not earn affiliate
commissions on purchases you make for yourself.
Pricing and
Privacy Policy
 Customers who buy products through this program will be deemed to be
customers of Inner Expansion Workshops. Accordingly, all Inner Expansion
policies, directives, and operating procedures concerning customer
orders, customer service, and product sales will apply to those
customers.
We may change our policies, prices and operating procedures
at any time. Due to the nature and content of our products, price
changes could affect your links that you have listed on your site, so
you may not include price information in your links, without consulting
with us first.
We do run specials that our affiliates can use to
generate additional sales revenue; however we must approve the specials.
We cannot guarantee the price of any particular product or service. We
do NOT release or rent the names or data of our customers or affiliates
to any third party companies as we value the privacy of our customers and
affiliates.
Links
 Once you have been accepted into the program, you will be provided with
one or more of the following types of links to our site:
Banner and / or
Text Links.
You will receive a verification email of acceptance and
further instructions for the links to use.
You will be responsible for the style, and placement of these links.
To permit accurate tracking, and referral fees, we will provide you with
tracking links to our site. You must be sure that each of the links
between your site and ours are formatted properly to assure proper
credit for your commissions. You will only get credit for sales
occurring directly through the tracking links, we will not be liable to
you with respect to any failure by you to use the provided links
properly, including to the extent that such failure may result in any
reduction of revenue which would otherwise be paid to you according to
this agreement.
If you do not plan to use a website to generate sales of our products,
you will be provided with a text link that can be inserted in an email
message, which will give you accurate tracking of your sales commission.
You may also have your customer call in to our 800 number and identify
that Affiliate # ----- (your number) referred them to our site, and we
will make sure your account is credited for the sale.
Identifying
Yourself as an Affiliate
We will provide you with a banner that will help you sell our products.
You may display our banner or a text link somewhere on your site while
you are a participant of our program.
You may not make any press
releases in respect to this agreement or your participation in the
program without our prior written consent, which may be given or
withheld at our sole discretion.
You may create your own banner with our
approval of the banner prior to using in print or on the web. Once your
form has been approved we will email or call you with notification and
your tracking link with your affiliate ID number and where to get
banners and html code or artwork to use.
Commissions are paid monthly on
any amounts above $5.00 on or around the 15th of the following month.
This agreement may be terminated at any time by either party. If this
agreement is terminated in good standing then commissions due the
affiliate will be paid. However if termination is based upon abuse of
the program such as spamming then the affiliate's account can be deleted
and no commissions have to be paid except at our discretion after
reviewing the circumstances. Our business and service is based upon
solid, reputable practices and we will not tolerate abuse.
Relationship with
Inner Expansion Workshops, Inc.
 Inner Expansion reserves the right to modify, alter or terminate this
program at any time without warning. Inner Expansion reserves the right
to accept or reject any site, company or person at any time.
Affiliates
are not employed by Inner Expansion in any way and are acting only as
independent agents. Any misuse of this program may result in immediate
termination.
